In the framework of the European funded E*CARE
project, the Centre for
Research and Technology Hellas would like to invite you to participate in a
survey. The objective of the survey is to collect updated data regarding the
existing mobility obstacles researchers face while studying or working abroad,
either those obstacles being legal, financial, cultural or other. Collected
data will be analyzed in order to propose viable solutions to national
authorities and the European Commission aiming at raising existing obstacles
and promoting the European career of researchers by creating a more favourable research
environment in Europe. Since launching the
European Research Area in 2000, the European Commission acknowledges the
importance of mobility as an indispensable element for acquiring knowledge and
new skills.
We, therefore, kindly ask you to participate in the
survey by completing the attached questionnaire. Your participation is valuable
in order to map the current problems and mobility trends and contribute to the
establishment of an open European Labour Market for Researchers. It is
estimated that you need maximum 10 minutes to complete the survey
questionnaire.
