The E*CARE project team invites all members of the EURAXESS Network (BHOs/ESCs/LoCPs) to participate in the EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank.
In order to participate in the EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank you need to undertake an exercise. The objective of doing the exercise is to:
- Understand better the changes within the community of mobile researchers
- Balance the service offer, and the current and future needs of mobile researchers
- Explore the important dynamics and factors affecting your function as a National Network/Euraxess Service Centre/Local Contact Point
The tools provided by the EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank are an open invitation to challenge your everyday practices and services. They sharpen your ideas, skills and team-spirit. They offer you a way to experiment with long-held assumptions and visionary agendas. They intend to inspire you, to add a new perspective on your current and future status within and outside the EURAXESS network. If you undertake the exercise, the results will highlight strengths to build upon and point out problems to be solved!
In order to do the exercise you need to download the following files:
- The EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank Manual. The manual is a document guiding you throughout all the steps for participating in the exercise
- The EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank powerpoint file. The file includes two matrices and electronic post-it notes for "visualizing" your exercise
- The EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank "How to Do It" Video. The video gives you a visual example on how to do the exercise.
Each BHO, ESC or LoCP which undertakes the exercise and wants its results to be uploaded to the restricted area of the EURAXESS E*CARE Think-Tank are invited to send their completed files to Elizabeth Kokozila (ekokoz@certh.gr ). She will upload the files to the restricted area and send back a username and password for accessing the restricted area. All uploaded results will be there so as to consult, compare and analyze them. The more active you are, the more vivid the restricted area becomes: the aim is to create a forum for identifying skills, competencies, share experience and create partnerships among the EURAXESS members.
So, start discussions, arrange online sessions, be innovative!
